Hey, Sunshine…

Hello, Mindscapers…

It’s finally here! The card I have been talking about in my last two posts.

This Clean and Simple card, with sentiment and title “Hey, Sunshine” was inspired by  the current weather in Mumbai. It’s summer here, temperatures are reaching sky and I really, genuinely hate summer. I hate hating things so this card is a positive, fun take on the season.

Tear In My Heart

Sometimes you gotta bleed to know
That you’re alive and have a soul
But it takes someone to come around
To show you how

She’s the tear in my heart
I’m alive
She’s the tear in my heart
I’m on fire
She’s the tear in my heart
Take me higher
Than I’ve ever been

~ Twenty One Pilots |-/

Not only am I singing along this song right now, the card presented in this post was also very much inspired by this wonderful song by Twenty One Pilot.

Here, You can sing along too.

Anyway, enough fangirling. You probably are not here to read me babble about my favourite band. So presenting my card (more like a fan art) with the same title and sentiment as the song, Tear in my Heart.

For My Mum

Hello there, Mindscapers!

Long time, huh? Sorry, I’ve been kinda lazy.

Okay, really lazy!

Anyway, today is mother’s day! (That is if I manage to post this today)

Few days ago I made this card, inspired by one of the challenges and this card is for my mum.

Damn, I miss her. 😦

Before I start sobbing, let me quickly tell you about this card.

Titled “LOVE you”, this card was so, so fun to make and so quickly too!

Love you

The technique that I’ve used here is masking or stencilling.

Working with Water

Howdy!

Recently, I have been feeling very artistic and my creative flare has been beyond bounds. This happens quite a lot when I need a break from college and when I’m ignoring my incomplete lab journal. :p

So this time I went exploring with various art forms. From sketching to sculpting and my favourite, painting with watercolours.

So this post is going to be a compilation of few off my many random watercolour projects.

I’ve only included completed projects.

So, lets go!

A Very Merry Christmas!

Hello there!

How have you been? How was your Christmas?

Huh, I guess I am pretty late. Its New Year’s eve.

Anyways

Here is a card I made earlier this week for Christmas.

It’s called “Merry Christmas” (of course) and I have done something very special with it.

I haven’t used any stamps or colours but instead combined my two hobbies, Stitching and Card making, in this new technique…
